Heels

I wasn't a girl for heels for all of my life. Been wearing flats, sneakers and no-heeled oxfords all the time. But when I met my gorgeous BF everything changed. I'm not talking about me being a homebody somehow but about clothes. As I already mentioned my man got a taste and sometimes it feels like his taste is much better then mine. I started feeling unsure when it comes to getting dressed without him by my side, referring him as my full-length mirror, I need 'alive' mirror. This Friday my man and I went to the date to see 'Thor'. I got dressed and went to meet him near the subway. The moment I made way to station I realized my feet are not feeling good. The shoes are not good for walking in them at all. (by the way, I just have to give these shoes away). But it was to late to go and change anything. We went to the movies (I love Marvell and Thor was good, nothing like cartoon or comics but as movie it was good), had a nice dinner together, plaid aero-hockey and the moment we were about to go home I realized I can't go normally any more. My man asked me if I wanted him to carry me home (it's about 15 min. on foot to our house from the cinema). I was thinking and then he said: «why don't we simply buy you a new pair?» I was thinking of new flip-flops because I never feel like enough for flip-flops but in H&M which was the closest target from where we stood, my BF started showing me lovely shoes. And he showed this lovely pair. He picked these shoes, although I didn't see it. I'm in love with this denim heels. It's so comfy and chic!
The next day I wore this babies again. We went shopping for new shoes for my man (bought a lovely brown suede shoes. And also some food for a week) and then we made a big walk in the city-center. In between we made my outfit photos, I hope you like it. I'm wearing my Tommy Hilfiger skirt, which I love madly sence the moment I saw it. Before I bought my skirt I was looking for something similar for 2 years. Big midi denim skirt is all Lyosha wishes. I felt good and comfy in this skirt, new heels and basic tee. When it started raining on our way home, it felt even better, sometimes a little rain is all the couple needs for romantic refreshing night out.

P.S. Sorry for writing such a big post! it's all about my man and shoes, skip it, if you are not interested.

I was wearing:
Zara T-shirt
Tommy Hilfiger skirt
H&M heels

  1. Oh myyyy those walls that you are standing in front of are the cutest!!! I wish I lived near that wall because I would probably pose in front of it daiy haha. Especially the pink kitty one! I've never been one to wear heels but I love the chunky ones and heeled espadrilles because they are so comfortable! I could never look natural in any type of stilettos haha. I feel like as long as you're comfortable, you can pull anything off. I would never wear something I couldn't walk in because then I would end up looking like an elephant haha.

  10. Gorgeous pictures! I love high heels too but I can't wear them for long, I prefer to walk in flat comfortable shoes. I love to take pictures in high heels though, and I love to learn about fashion. Sicily is a bit behind when it comes to fashion so we don't always know what the latest fashion is, that's why I love fashion blogs. I found you at my friend pancakestacker and I'm following you from Trapani, Sicily.

Thank you for making me happy

Yesterday I had a crazy day. I was super tired and stressed out. That's why I way so happy to see my very first award. Thank you so much dear Cosmo Calista for making my day better! As I got the reward I should follow the rules. and the rules are: - thank who send you the award and add a link to her/his blog; (done even without a note) - write 7 random things about you; - give the award to other 15 bloggers you love and tell them. Seven random facts are difficult in fact but here it goes: 1. I don't normally cook (Max does it for me) but I regularly bake (about 2 times a week). 2. I love skiing with my dad but I'd never go skiing without him. 3. I'm ambidextrous which means I use my both hands equally bad 4. I'm a grown up but I share my bed not only with my soon-to be husband but also with a stuffed toy. This little dog is almost 16 years old. 5. The best waking up recepie for me is tea with sugar and lemon. I call it the crappy tea ...

Walk the river

Today I want to tell about vacation of mine. I don't want to start chronologically instead I want to show you the best day ever we spend in Gelendgik area. It was a day full of walking swimming and fun. We went to a special nature area park build around river Zhane. Mountains and absolutely dreamy rocks everywhere with waterfalls and baths. The scenery is so dreamy I just couldn't help it! So let the photo speak for themselves. We actually swam in the river. So refreshing and totally wild. I was so impressed that I felt like sea is only a so-so place for swimming after magic rivers Zhane and Pshada (I'll tell you about it in my next post). I wore my wonderful romper I take with me on most of the trips (it asked for no space and fits perfectly. Flipflops make walking around the rocket harder but if you need to step onto the river all the times it is an optimal choice. Comfy tiny bight blue-green top to finish the outfit alongside with a ca...

Still can't skate

Each year they set up a free artificial ice skating area as part of Christmas village in our city. I have tried it several times before and could never figure it out. But it is fun anyways. There is something in doing something horribly without any shame. I am not trying to excel in it and for some reason it it truly deeply liberating. What do you think? I wore simple and comfy outfit. Cropped top with Nightmare before Christmas print (it is Christmas theme for me, ok), comfortable back cargo pants and sneakers. You can not really top that. I was wearing: Cuidado con el Perro top and pants Converse shoes   Have a nice day, Lyosha
