Tesla night

Hello!
Tesla is one of my favourite scientists. Yes, I do have favourite scientists and I hope you can get over it.
My is also iteresting is tat steampunk is one of my favourite styles. And one more point about me: I love technics. These 3 facts made be despirately want to see the Tesla show opening in Moscow scientific museum called Experimentarium.
There was a steampunk party during first day of the show. But what is even cooler is that with Tesla electrisity show we also could look through the whole museum! It's the place where you should see with your eyes, hear with your ears and feel from your touch so I woun't tell too much about the museum.
By the way, that's my Max and hunted for steampunk accessory during Fashon Fest - we wanted our outfits to have even a little steampunk vibe in

Max chose a pretty classic look a little shaded with steampunk vibe

and last but not least: steampunk moving machinery fish! It impresses so much! It is made by artmechanics group

I was wearing:
Tommy Hilfiger skirt
Empodium boots (from Prague)
Not branded vest and shirt
Handmade steampunk jewelry (same two authors with Max)

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

  1. You guys look so cute in these pictures.

I also like Tesla. He is shortchanged in the history they teach here. Other inventors are given credit for things he did. There is a new electric car maker which uses his name as a tribute.

  31. Hey! This is sooo cool! Before I read about the steampunk vibe, I thought you were dressed in a Dirndl, sorry :D (Oktoberfest is just around the corner). My favourite scientist is probably Turing, though I think it's more his destiny that moves me so much; actually I admire all scientists, philologists, historians and all the others as well.
The wrist accessory is really eye-catching, great choice!

    1. I got your point Dirndl is even more awesome. If only I could visit Octoberfest :)
Turing - such an unusual choice! He and his work are very remarkable!

VFWR: Day 3, Liza Romanyuk

Next post about Volvo Fashion Week Moscow. I'm  incredibly  slow but I hope you can handle it. I'm going to tell you about my last day at  Volvo  Fashion Week Moscow. It was a pleasant Sunday. The weather was grim so we've been more than happy to finally be inside. Fist show we've seen and the only show I'm sharing in this post (more are to come) was splashing summer energy runaway.I was totally in love. Moreover: VFWM was my very first fashion week ever last season and this season it made me one more  surprise -my first ever backstage entrance. I went with simple yet very comfy outfit in fact caring more about how comfortable I feel than anything else. My legs and back (esp.my poor back) kept telling me they hate me.  The show of Liza Romanyuk was very various. It came with different themes taking both clothes and music, even the light for catwalk and designer sign walls were slightly changed. Dreamy start Patterns and tons of fun ...

More about hats

How did you welcome a new year? I did it calmly with lots of time dedicated to myself. Man, I needed a nice little break here and there, especially as my little one is home for a school break. I have had a lot of fun but I also managed to dig in some interesting information I really want to share with you. I now live in the hot climate and wear hats only for style but I used to wear hats to keep me warm years back. And you know what I am happy I have a choice. These days I wear a lot of bucket hats and baseball hats and occasionally rock a fedora. Do you fancy some hats? I used to wear wool based hats all the time but I never actually didn't try to alter it. recently I found a great way to alter them and get them to fit you perfectly. I would love to share it with you because I know just how much a good fit changes the whole perspective on a life in the cold. I have discovered three fantastic ways to deal with it: hot water pot, shower and washing machine (only applicable on bucke...

The photo and shoe love

Lovely Rochelle and her amazing photoblog hosted a giveaway. I won there (I was so very much excited!) and got the prize with me. It was a photo of my choice. It's the sea and half drowned bike there. It's in framing now and soon will be put on the wall next to the paintings we already have there. (Rochelle, you are very talented and your size guess was very exact, it's the same with one of paintings we already have)   I bet you noticed the awesome shoes I am wearing! It is completely new pair by Irregular Choice bought in my favourite online shop Solestruck. I love their prises, fast deliveries and amazing people working there. And I also love the special offers and sales there. This zebra babies are made by Matiko and are waiting to be one of my most wearable items day to day. Soo happy to brighten up my days with this comfy shoes.    I also really want you to have a look on how we get all of my shots. Raidho is often with us during the photoshot (...
