Profashion Masters is a contest held annually during Collection Premier Moscow (CPM). This year it was the only catwalk in main program (Body and Beach as usual kept separate catwalk fashion show, you can go through it in this post). I was honored to attend physically to the finals and makes photos to share it with you. the theme is 'coat'. Coat as the say is the hardest clothes there is to master. It amazed the professionals how good the coats on the catwalk were made. A lot worked with prints and made bold moves. Some turned to ethnic roots which I personally absolutely love.
My outfit was comfortable and warm, it was a very cold day so I wanted to make sure I feel my best. I wear a lot more greens lately and this top is absolutely gorgeous both color and material. My pants are quite old but I love how warm and comfortable they are. I am happy I put on my iGlassesshop glasses on so I could see every little detail on the coats.
Monki top, pins and pants
Jil Sander boots
Arny Praht backpack (I am going through madly in love period with it, I wear it all the time)
Have a nice day,
Lyosha

ReplyDeleteAwesome pictures! It's always so exciting to watch a fashion show and see the new trends.
ReplyDeleteLayers upon layers and all designs look so good! Can't imagine people actually wearing these out on the streets tho, especially here in the philippines!
ReplyDeleteI think it might be a little too hot in Philippines for it but here we see a lot of similar styles on streets

This was definitely fun from those pictures above.
ReplyDeleteOooh this sounds like fun, and I LOVE your boots!
ReplyDeleteThe event was a blast for sure! I love watching fashion shows too!
ReplyDeleteVery interesting collection, the prints and colors reminds me of the medieval times and movies
ReplyDeletesome of them are indeed inspired by the traditional clothing, which is Russian case is indeed medieval
DeleteLove your outfit, love those colors! The even looks really fun too!
ReplyDeleteHow incredible and the coats they showcased are absolutely adorable
ReplyDeleteI am in love with the red coat in this fashion show! All of them look great though. I definitely enjoyed how the designer took a very bold approach with coats. They are often so boring, yet are a necessary accessory that could use a lot more attention and love. So highlighting them was perfect!
ReplyDeleteyou have a great eye! red coat collection is the winner!
DeleteGreat fashion pieces! You're so lucky to watch this live. It is definitely a wonderful experience.
ReplyDeleteI love your outfit! And all those unique coats on the show!

ReplyDeleteHow fun! I truly loved all the coats you showed us and you look professional!
ReplyDeleteThese are cool and fashionable winter clothes. I'm glad fashion shows are still booming despite the pandemic.
ReplyDeleteAw wish we had these fashion shows in the UK, but with the lockdown things have come to a standstill - roll on summer hopefully x
ReplyDeleteFabulous trousers! And a great show!
ReplyDeleteThe show looks so good. hope you enjoyed. your pictures looks very nice.
ReplyDeleteYou always share interesting and unique events on fashion, love reading and watching the snaps. Your attire is just beautiful
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the world is opening back up, so many people not wearing masks. Many of those coats looked like outfits from the movie series Lord of the Rings. I was expecting them to pull out bows and arrows any second. Nice and cosy though.
ReplyDeleteMany designers indeed played with traditional clothes so I think your association is quite accurate
DeleteIt must be amazing to be able to see catwalks up close! I would love to be able to do that; what an experience. I also like that this one had a theme, because often there is *so much* going on that you don't know where to look on each model's outfit, but this time around you just had to pay attention to their coats - which definitely seemed fitting with all that snow around you!
ReplyDeletedefinitely! coats will be with us up until April or even mid April if we are not fortunate. Also coats show a lot from the work they do, they say coat is the hardest piece of clothes to construct, it is not forgiving at all. I am always very thankful and feel so blessed being next to the catwalk, it never fails to impress me.
DeleteI like the first male suit. Like a ninja! Enjoying the photos! Thank you for sharing them with us
ReplyDeletehow cool! It's actually modern double side wear for one of the Caucasus mountains nation (I don't remember which one so let it be like that). All of the said nations are known as great warriors of the past which actually makes them a lot like Russian ninjas
DeleteThat is some awesome collection of coats. Never realized there could be so many varieties of coats.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a wonderful contest and all of those selection of clothing look amazing!
ReplyDeleteI observe some interesting outfits here. And you as usual. Look fabulous and relaxed. Great event.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, they all did such an incredible job with their coats. Each piece is unique and creative, bringing it's own fun spin on the theme. I am IN LOVE with the red full-length coat. I would totally purchase that if I were to come across it in a store!!!
