Colorful next to the snow

May be I should have been writing something witty or funny but I actually won't. I'll stick to simple post. This is one of my outfits of late. Nothing very special but still I liked this outfit, I will most likely repeat it. We took photos of this outfit awhile back, it is actually how I was dressed for my dog's photo-session (check it out here). There is actually only one photo (below) he snuck into the shoot.
The outfit is very comfortable and nicely layered. I love this good old and very bright vest, it makes me smile and it actually does the job of keeping me warm just fine. This shirt has weak bottom button and if it the button is loose it goes sideways a lot. This is a bonus in this styling situation. The pants are corduroy and thus very warm (and that exactly what I needed that day). I also wore a a very warm coat, but I took off during photos for aesthetics and it was also all covered in snow from Surak's photos so I don't really mind it. I kept my hat though, it's too pretty.

I was wearing:
H&M shirt
Monki pants and bag
Jil Sander boots
not branded vest from my high school years
Marks and Spenser's har

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

  20. Your outfit looks so cozy and comfortable in the cooler temperatures. I am also a fan of wearing brighter colours during the winter months - a break from the stark white of the snow around us. I have always found that orange really suits you.

  26. You made a point of saying that you liked this outfit so much that you're most likely going to repeat it, does this mean you don't often repeat outfits? I have a lot of clothes, but I still often repeat my favourite outfits because they make me so happy so it's hard for me to believe that some people don't repeat their outfits!

    1. In full I rarely repeat my outfit not in summer. I change around the accessories and it gives the outfit another twist. And surely I repeat my home-wear outfits all the time as well my jeans and hoodie outfits for a dog walk but it doesn't feel like real outfit for me

  27. This outfit is perfect for you! I should start wearing brighter clothes in the colder months, but I have a tendency to stick to black for my primary color choice. It is just easier. You've inspired me to reevaluate my color choices!

    1. I was the same as you before. But we have very little sun during winter so I gave it a try and pushed myself to wear bright colors. I loved it and it actually moved to my whole wardrobe, right now I mostly own colorful clothes.

Jaime Ibiza Fashion show

It's been awhile since I have visited a  fashion show. I am so excited to get to see it from time to time here. This time I was happy enjoy and bag and luggage fashion show. The designer is pretty famous here in Mexico. He is from Guadalajara. I absolutely enjoyed the spectacle and the bags. I can easily see me rocking any of those!  Luggage collection was a special surprice. It is the first and new collection and it features cute styles, great quality and interesting shapes to carry you stuff the best way possible making trips even more enjoyable. I wore a very casual look. All brows, cute little back and comfortable shoes. I didn't get to wear something special because I was on a  go and in a bit of a hurry as I have had things to do right after. It was a great experience. I hope to see more fashion shows here. I was wearing: Cuidado con el Perro skirt and shoes MiuMiu bag H&M top   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Explore Starcon

I'm going to brake up vacation post series to share the Starcon experience. A week ago I was sitting on the same spot and getting ready to go. We've been to lovely Saint  Petersburgh. We managed to have a charming walk in the  evening even right after the con. Starcon was all about sci-fi and we loved it so much. We even wore the Jedi costumes (wait for them in the end of post). Max, my lovely husband, sewed them for only 3 days (that's why the design is so simple). and I also got 2d place in Star Wars Miniatures board game tournament took place there. I'm so happy! As for outfit - I've chosen a super comfy outfit with a very cool pants! I bought them on ebay and they are more than 20 year old pants (I guess soon they could buy booze on their own but I doubt I need it). I love them for their shape - keeping me cool during hot and warm when needed. Oh, and can I also call it my pijama pants trend pants? or not? What I also wanted to mention you are my fab set jewel...

Ruinas El Rey

Archeological site El Rey is located in the Cancun hotel zone, right next to the most scenic beach in my opinion playa Delfines. The part of the ancient town is actually located in the nearby museum Museo Maya Cancun (if you ever visit it, don't forget to also check the ruins in the garden). But the original town was a lot more than what you see in the museum. I highly suggest you to walk a little bit further and explore the ruins of the right hand side right after playa Delfines. It is a very tranquil place with lots of iguanas for the inthuiasts and ruins to explore. the entrance is inexpensive as well. My family had a lot of fun exploring the small ruins of our town. I have chosen to wear my favorite wideleg jeans, a crop top and practical closed shoes (I always suggest some soft of closed toes shoes to explore the ruins, it allows you to move freely without worring to hurt your  feet). Definitely perfect for a relaxing weekend I was wearing:   Have a nice day...
