Engagement and birthday news

I Suck when it goes to delivering news. I mean.. I never do it in time. I do always forget about birthdays and such and more over even if keep it my mind sometimes I'm too slow, so everybody think someone reminded me.
Why Am I saying that? The answer is simple. I have two awesome news to share and I waited for a too long time to write about it. I'm slow again!

In September Max and I decided to get married but kept it secret waiting for January to come. A week ago Max asked my father for hand. So finally I can say it out loud:
We are getting married in May

That's our hands and the small ring on the finger is the engagement ring. Why is not classic? My job. It's ment to be worn constantly but I can barely do it with big stone. The possibility of cracking the ring into pieces is very close to 1 so we started thinking of other options. The  idea was very easy and came to my-soon-to-be-husband Max: flat with one or couple of stones fixed very well. You may be asking about the stone. It's Garnet and it's my favorite stone of all. Perfect ring for me, right? We also bought it in Czech Republic so technically I didn't brake the Czech posts :)




Another good news is my dog's Elen birthday. It was on January the 16th and she turned 10. Happy belated birthday, my dear! I hope you'll have at least the same amount of years for you and us all. Kisses!



 
Almost forgot! I'm right in time to wish you HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!Let The Dragon be nice to you.

Ruinas El Rey

Archeological site El Rey is located in the Cancun hotel zone, right next to the most scenic beach in my opinion playa Delfines. The part of the ancient town is actually located in the nearby museum Museo Maya Cancun (if you ever visit it, don't forget to also check the ruins in the garden). But the original town was a lot more than what you see in the museum. I highly suggest you to walk a little bit further and explore the ruins of the right hand side right after playa Delfines. It is a very tranquil place with lots of iguanas for the inthuiasts and ruins to explore. the entrance is inexpensive as well. My family had a lot of fun exploring the small ruins of our town. I have chosen to wear my favorite wideleg jeans, a crop top and practical closed shoes (I always suggest some soft of closed toes shoes to explore the ruins, it allows you to move freely without worring to hurt your  feet). Definitely perfect for a relaxing weekend I was wearing:   Have a nice day...

Nicosia crush

I normally post my vacation reports when I am on other vacation but what are the rules if not break them from time to time. Today I want to share with you some special moment of trip to Cyprus last month. I finally reached Nicosia, the Cyprus capital and met a fellow blogger. Nicosia is not only a capital but also the only capital divided in two: Cyprus part and Turkish part. But it is not the only nice thing about it. The city is beautiful and made for walking. It is so nice and easy to simply walk around the narrow streets wondering what next corner will bring. Great place to hang out especially accompanied with local guide and a fellow fashion blogger. I was so happy I spent my day in Nicosia that I wanted to share it with you the soonest. So here it is.   My outfit was based on the weather.
