Sporty minute

Hello!
How are you feeling? I am all good and almost energetic now. My muscles are still sore but I am having hopes up for better body tomorrow. After all I was having so much fun cycling during my vacation and so much fun trail running yesterday (I managed somehow to preform better this year comparing to my result last which actually amuses me so much! My only goal yesterday was to make it to the finish line). I promise you to come back to blogging fully very-very soon (hopes up for following two days, and I aim to gather myself up and update my Instagram later today too). But so far I wanted to make some writing (my finger feel soooo rusty!) and prepare one more inspirational post for you for today. As i was nothing but sporty over the last two weeks I couldn't flip to something fancy so I decided to inspire you today with sporty items. And to do so I opened my laptop and headed to Feelingirl. The place is totally new to me but it looks so cute, I really want to try it for myself now. Being passionate female runner and cyclist I know now important it is to protect your chest. Being a petite I know how hard it is to find something actually fitting. Being a fashion blogger on top of all I know how hard it is to make it look very pretty. I like grey in sport uniform and black is always classic too. It looks pretty and comfy. Defintiely a nice option. the protection is not very high so I wouldn't go running with it but it might be ok for yoga or stretching as well as easy daily commute if you live on the flats.

'Cause Red goes faster. I love wearing red while I workout. It makes me feel energized, more effective and ready to rock. I do think it is a great way to simply boost your performance based on colors you choose.

I have a question for you: have you ever heard of best waist trainer? I haven't heard of it much before but I might give it a try. So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...

Say 'yes' to a dress with Yesbabyonline

When you start on inspiration posts it hard to spot. At least for me. I feel like I am half awake in my bed, feeling super lazy and have to strict plans for the morning so I am hitting the 'snooze' button. I almost hear myself saying 'five more minutes' and I do mean five more minutes but I fail and hit 'show me more' button. Inspiration from online shops devour me. Yes it is budget friendly (you don't need to buy things even though you do want to) but it is not safe for your time. I can't really say I am against it, it is a good to relax and is also useful if you need to wait for your partner to finish some stuff to do. This evening it works especially well because I am waiting for my husband to finish the page. I am more or less limited by time so my online inspiration will be most pleasing.
