Properly

I have to admit I am more lazy lately than I should have. I think summer getting closer to the end is to blame. I feel like I want to squeeze in more and more and everything in the final weeks of fine weather. When it's hot I don't really feel like being home next to my computer instead setting out to explore. having a minor leg trauma didn't help me much to stay home either: I opted for picnics, guests and a boat. That is my little intro-apologize for posting so little these days.
The theme of the post today is the dress I have already shown on my blog page (check it out here, also it took me only a month to post, good girl!). I wore it as is, very simple and I think it's still a fine way to wear it. I styled it with a bag. It has totally different print but I do like the mix of it. The hat was a last minute add and sure makes the outfit pop. I went to no accessories but small earrings with a blue stone (thank you so much, Mom!) and watch (thank you so much, Mom and Dad!). Do you like this style? I wore it for errands such as picking up orders and getting some new (and much needed) makeup.

I was wearing:
dress Befree
bag Uniqlo
flipflops Fila
hat c/o Rosegal
watch Certina

Have a nice day,
Lyosha

    1. I think it's hard to feel it as summer when the kids are at school however it's hard to go for fall-appropriate fashion when it's still hot outside.

  16. It is crazy that summer is almost over! It has been noticeably colder at night and getting dark earlier in the evening. All I can think is that I'm not ready for summer to end yet! I wish it would stick around longer. I love the simplicity of your outfit. Sometimes the simplest dresses and a hat are the best way to go, and you're rocking it beautifully!

Mixing, remixing and matching. That's what we do so often that don't actually understand. I love feeling comfy and stylish at the same time so I need some remixing with cool comfy pants. That's why I tend to wear same pants so often esp when it goes to everyday life. I'm sorry but I'm not the one who snaps outfits everyday (I'm in Russia which means that I leave home for work when it's still dark and come back when it's dark already) so many out my ideas or layers stay not seen, This is an outfit that made it. Max and I went to get some shopping therapy to local mall. Our small camera was with us so we went to kid's sectore and took some photos. Why not?     I was wearing: Jacket c/o Oasap Glasses c/o Firmoo Pants c/o Motel Rocks Shoes Alba Coat Desigual   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Still can't skate

Each year they set up a free artificial ice skating area as part of Christmas village in our city. I have tried it several times before and could never figure it out. But it is fun anyways. There is something in doing something horribly without any shame. I am not trying to excel in it and for some reason it it truly deeply liberating. What do you think? I wore simple and comfy outfit. Cropped top with Nightmare before Christmas print (it is Christmas theme for me, ok), comfortable back cargo pants and sneakers. You can not really top that. I was wearing: Cuidado con el Perro top and pants Converse shoes   Have a nice day, Lyosha

So cold!

Winter sure is a harsh season for any person living in the northern parts of the world. The temperature hits below 0 C, there is a lot of snow and such... It might be tempting to pretend to be a bear and stay at home doing nothing. But you definitely shouldn't do that. Relax, go out and do your best to enjoy the current weather. Or at least make yourself move as fast as possible to move from point A to point B and enjoy your life when you are finally at the place of destination. The key is to get dressed properly. Try more layers or use very warm items. Also thermal underwear (the simplest and cheapest being Heattech from Uniqlo) might help a lot. As for me I mix warmer items, layering and smart materials to achieve the best result. Today I post my little outfit I wore on Friday. Met with my family, did some shopping and went to gym. Overall I was spending a fair amount of time outside so I needed to stay warm. Surely being a blogger I couldn't avoid desire to still look...
