Cozumel

We have finally visited this island. it was such an experience! SO much fun! I absolutely loved it there! The island is very small but natural beauty is undenable. No wonder it is very popular with the tourists. If you compare it with other Riviera Maya islands, I'd say it shines most if you are a golfer and not looking to save money. Both Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel island are super expensive in everything. Quintana Roo is an expensive state (even comparing to bordering Yucatan) but the prices there are over the roof. But it doesn't make the island worse. The beaches are very cute as well and are definitely superior to Playa in terms of beauty and cleanness. Tons of fish and corals. The whole preservation of the coral that is happening on Cozumel is very curious. Do read informationa and pay attention to that matter when you visit, you will not regret it! If I didn't convince you to take a trip there (especially if you traveled to Playa Del Carmen), just imagine a ferry ride. It's short but comfortable and very fun. The sea colors are beautiful, almost as stricking as on Isla Mujeres. And it's great for sports. There are triathlon, criteruim and two marathons helds early, not counting smaller events. I am sure it is not my last visit to this wonderful island. I ran a half-marathon during Cozumel Marathon with personal record and I am very proud and happy of this. It only happened because the organization was fantastic truly, no hiccups and issues, it was very pleasing experience all the way.

While beach and snorkle are musts on Cozumel and definitely advise you to explore San Miguel de Cozumel as well. The town is very cozy, cozy and well kept. The murals are exciting and numerous as well which definitely reminds you how big a thing it is in Mexico. There is also a lovely Museum of Coxumel. It is not boring as it features some of historic and paleontological moments of islands' s past, a lot of  information and artifacts of marine thematic both in terms of corals and the ships, numerious Maya artifacts from local ruins and more. The museum took us a hour and we could have spent more (didn't feel like pushing our luck with a baby, choosing to see all but not as detailed as we could). I do think I will visit again when I visit because the museum is definitely worth it and is very cheap.

Museum bonus! One of my favorite photos of Ada Maria and me

Jaime Ibiza Fashion show

It's been awhile since I have visited a  fashion show. I am so excited to get to see it from time to time here. This time I was happy enjoy and bag and luggage fashion show. The designer is pretty famous here in Mexico. He is from Guadalajara. I absolutely enjoyed the spectacle and the bags. I can easily see me rocking any of those!  Luggage collection was a special surprice. It is the first and new collection and it features cute styles, great quality and interesting shapes to carry you stuff the best way possible making trips even more enjoyable. I wore a very casual look. All brows, cute little back and comfortable shoes. I didn't get to wear something special because I was on a  go and in a bit of a hurry as I have had things to do right after. It was a great experience. I hope to see more fashion shows here. I was wearing: Cuidado con el Perro skirt and shoes MiuMiu bag H&M top   Have a nice day, Lyosha

Ruinas El Rey

Archeological site El Rey is located in the Cancun hotel zone, right next to the most scenic beach in my opinion playa Delfines. The part of the ancient town is actually located in the nearby museum Museo Maya Cancun (if you ever visit it, don't forget to also check the ruins in the garden). But the original town was a lot more than what you see in the museum. I highly suggest you to walk a little bit further and explore the ruins of the right hand side right after playa Delfines. It is a very tranquil place with lots of iguanas for the inthuiasts and ruins to explore. the entrance is inexpensive as well. My family had a lot of fun exploring the small ruins of our town. I have chosen to wear my favorite wideleg jeans, a crop top and practical closed shoes (I always suggest some soft of closed toes shoes to explore the ruins, it allows you to move freely without worring to hurt your  feet). Definitely perfect for a relaxing weekend I was wearing:   Have a nice day...

Nicosia crush

I normally post my vacation reports when I am on other vacation but what are the rules if not break them from time to time. Today I want to share with you some special moment of trip to Cyprus last month. I finally reached Nicosia, the Cyprus capital and met a fellow blogger. Nicosia is not only a capital but also the only capital divided in two: Cyprus part and Turkish part. But it is not the only nice thing about it. The city is beautiful and made for walking. It is so nice and easy to simply walk around the narrow streets wondering what next corner will bring. Great place to hang out especially accompanied with local guide and a fellow fashion blogger. I was so happy I spent my day in Nicosia that I wanted to share it with you the soonest. So here it is.   My outfit was based on the weather. I wore my yoga leggings and top from Tonica (yes, guilty of over wearing but it is just too comfy), Uniqlo vest because it is the best ever thing to keep yourself warm,...
